About Us
Our boutique gallery and sheep farm is situated in sunny Marlborough between award winning wineries and is close to the renowned Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre. The 10 acre farm is surrounded by vineyards with the Wither Hills providing a stunning backdrop. We have 30 Gotland sheep, an organic garden and orchard and various creative outlets. Rob is a driftwood artist and musician and Anne enjoys carding the Gotland fleece and creating felted pieces.
Visitors can interact with, pat and hand feed the Gotland sheep, learn about the journey from fleece to wool product and try their hand at felting. The Kiwi Shed tells the NZ story, from Gondwana land through to Maori and European settlement and the gallery provokes the senses with unique driftwood art and wool products.

Rob
Rob has managed to combine his creative genius with the practical day to day demands of managing a small flock on a 10 acre block. When he's not fixing fences, dagging sheep, or helping with lambing he can be found creating interesting and whimsical driftwood sculptures and fine art pieces.
His Kiwi Shed keeps changing along with the 'message' around environment and conservation. Rob is also a musician and can pick up the guitar and teach a group a song, something that everyone can sing along to such as 'Haere Mai, everything is Kapai' or 'Ten Guitars' a classic kiwi song. |

"Our group of friends from Connecticut, Kentucky & Texas were thrilled to hold your sweet lambs. After that you were so kind to welcome us into your studio & let us see your amazing works of art. It was such a fun visit & a true highlight of our vacation to New Zealand. But, most of all, it was the hospitality & kindness that you showed us that we’ll remember forever." " You are so sweet to open up your home, sheep and lambs for us. We loved this amazing experience." |
